Starting in 2025, we will be offering the opportunity for a select group of preferred clients and friends of Coco Loco Resort to purchase one of only 3 housing lots with mature fruit trees, tropical flowers and an existing cabana or casita.

Coco Loco Living Lot 1 - $68,000

The first cabana we ever built, this one has gone through a few renos over the years.  It is our largest cabana and has a beautiful tropical bathroom with flushing toilet and a shower open to the sun and stars, a big private deck off the front, a "plantain forest" and tropical fruit trees. 

Coco Loco Living Lot 2 - $74,000

The casita of a coco loco partner, it is bigger than most of the cabanas.  With a living room, one large bedroom with AC and glass windows, a bathroom with flushing toilet and a shower open to the sun and stars

Coco Loco Living Lot 3 - $63,000

One of our double occupancy cabanas with a natural thatch roof, an ensuite bathroom with flushing toilet, a shower open to the sun and stars; as well as fruit trees and tropical flowers.

New Beachside Rancho

Enjoy the tranquility of our newly planned clubhouse, exclusive to members of Coco Loco Living. Life by the beach is just better when you have a little place to enjoy some food and beverage with your feet in the sand and your eyes on the waves.

New Rooms and Upgrades at Coco Loco

In order to continue serving our dedicated clients at coco loco, we will be replacing the 2 cabanas with new AC rooms, adding a beach volleyball court and increasing our solar energy capacity. With 5 AC rooms and 6 remaining cabanas we can continue to accommodate everyone in their preferred comfort.

  • Fully titled properties; you are purchasing with 100% ownership
  • Move in ready for those of us that like the rustic, beach life.
  • Owners can renovate or rebuild a more substantial residence as desired.
  • Lots come with a few (reasonable) restrictions to preserve the vibe that we have at coco loco.
  • Complementary access to existing infrastructure.
  • Additional services and amenities can be shared between lot owners.
  • Financing available for a portion of the purchase (under certain conditions).
  • Limited number of lots/casitas may be sold at a future date.
  • Although there may be rental income opportunities, this should be viewed as a lifestyle investment.
